Let buyers see their monthly payment, with taxes and insurance, and ask for a callback while the number is in front of them. The amortization maths is done for you.

01

The maths is already right

The standard fixed-rate amortization formula, with taxes and insurance added as monthly amounts. You choose the defaults.

02

A reason to call you

The pre-approval button sits under the result, so the request arrives with the price, deposit and rate the buyer picked.

03

Your market, your numbers

“Use euros”, “add HOA fees”, “default the rate to 5.9%”. Each change is one sentence.

Questions

Before you ask

Is the payment formula accurate?
It uses the standard fixed-rate amortization formula lenders quote with. Property tax and insurance are divided by twelve and added on top.
Can I add PMI or HOA fees?
Yes. Describe the rule, for example “add PMI of 0.5% a year when the down payment is under 20%”, and check the result in the preview.
Can it show another currency?
Yes. Say which one (“in euros”, “in pounds”) and every amount follows.
