The widget does not appear on my site

1. Is it published? Open the widget in the app; the status pill must say Live. Drafts show "not live yet" in the embed.

1. Did the code paste as code? On some platforms, pasting into a normal text block shows the code as text instead of running it. Use the platform's HTML, Embed or Code block (see the install pages).

1. Does your platform block scripts? Some site builders strip scripts on free plans. The widget frame still works without the script; only auto-height is lost. Set a fixed height on the frame in that case.
