Connecting Slack, Zapier, Make or your CRM

A webhook is a URL that accepts data. Most tools give you one:

• Slack: create an Incoming Webhook for a channel and copy its URL.
• Zapier: start a Zap with "Webhooks by Zapier", Catch Hook, and copy the URL.
• Make: add a Webhooks module, Custom webhook, and copy the URL.
• HubSpot, Pipedrive and similar: use their webhook or automation entry points, or go through Zapier or Make.

In Automations, add a rule, choose "send it to a webhook", paste the URL, and save. Submit a test response through your live widget and check that it arrived.
