Plans, limits and billing
What each plan includes and what happens at the limit.
Plans are listed on the pricing page. Every plan includes building with words, hosting, sorting, spam filtering and the inbox.
Limits
Responses and AI builds or edits are counted per calendar month; live widgets are counted at any moment. Your usage is on the Plan and usage page in the app.
Past the monthly response limit your widgets keep working: responses are still saved and shown in the inbox, but they are not sorted or sent to your automations until you upgrade or the month rolls over. Views are unlimited on every plan.
Past the AI edit limit, the Logic and Look panels still let you change anything by hand.
Badge
The Free plan shows a small "Made with Widgev" badge on widgets. Paid plans remove it.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from the Plans page. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current period. See the refund policy for refunds.
